Soniq is a music discovery app that allows users to browse public content from the Spotify platform. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction.

2. No Account Required

You are not required to create an account or provide personal information to use the App.

3. Intellectual Property

All content accessed through Soniq (e.g., song names, artist info, album art) is provided by Spotify and subject to Spotify’s terms. We do not own any of the content displayed in the App.

4. Third-Party Services

Soniq uses the Spotify API to deliver content. Use of Spotify services is subject to Spotify’s Terms of Use.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding its availability, performance, or reliability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
